Main Issues and Resolutions

The list of main issues was initially created by the Chancellor's Advisory Committee on ESR Finance Systems in fall of 2021. The list tracks the main issues related to our finance systems as well as describing the planned resolutions with corresponding timelines to achieve the resolutions.

The Main Issues Subgroup of the Advisory Committee reviews the main issues and evaluate progress toward planned resolutions. Planned resolutions are developed by subject matter experts in various units across the campus, who are responsible for resolving the issue.  Once the issue is marked complete per the business owner, the Committee Subgroup vets and verifies the issue is fully resolved from the end user perspective.

Main Issue List Progress

The visual below tracks the progress overall and provides the following information.

      • Total - The total number of issues since the list was created in October 2021
      • In Progress - How many issues are in progress and need to be resolved
      • Complete - How many issues have been marked complete by the business units/owners
        • Verified - How many of those issues marked complete have been vetted and verified by the Committee Subgroup (this number is a sub-set of the Complete category)
