Survey Feedback

As part of continued efforts to improve our finance systems and services, regularly surveys were distributed to capture ways to improve from a user perspective so all remaining issues can be addressed. Feedback gathered from the survey allowed our finance teams to:

  • Develop better solutions to on-going challenges,
  • Identify any new issues due to system upgrades, policy/process changes, and integrations, and
  • Focus on areas of concern that need further refinement or attention.

Overall we are striving for sustained progress and successful resolution to on-going challenges and issues. This survey feedback highlighted process improvement opportunities and how to improve our operational efficiency.
